Turns out that you needed a 60 degree -06 in black instead of a 45 degree? Decided at the last minute to do with all black everything? No problem! We know it can be difficult to plan for every part of a plumbing job which is why we make it as easy as possible to return any product, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. Simply follow the following steps:
- Email us at orderdesk@redhorseperformance.com with your order number and the details on what you want to return or exchange. We’ll get right back to you within one business day on the next steps.
- Pack product up and send it back to us. Note - All returned parts must be unused, be put back in their original packaging and the buyer must cover shipping costs.
- Assuming the products are unused, we will issue a refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the goods.
